BFC CHABROST provides Microsoft Advertising campaign management services. By using our services, you acknowledge:

  • Campaign performance depends on multiple factors including budget, competition, and market conditions
  • We cannot guarantee specific results or ROI
  • You are responsible for providing accurate business information and campaign objectives
  • You must comply with Microsoft Advertising policies

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of BFC CHABROST, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and campaign information
  • Maintain sufficient advertising budget
  • Grant necessary access to Microsoft Advertising accounts
  • Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Pay invoices on time according to agreed terms

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to advertise:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Content that violates Microsoft Advertising policies
  • Misleading or fraudulent offers
  • Content that infringes on others' rights
  • Prohibited products or services in your jurisdiction

5. Limitation of Liability

BFC CHABROST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from campaign performance, account suspensions, or platform changes. Our total liability shall not exceed the management fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms of Service or violation of Microsoft Advertising policies.
